The staff at this hotel make you feel like family from the moment you arrive. EVERY single staff member I interacted with was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. The hotel was incredibly clean and STUNNING. The low light and dark interior set a very sexy, quiet vibe that takes you away from the hustle and bustle of the city outside. A true oasis that I will return to any time I am in NY.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable, everywhere was spotlessly clean, they leave small water bottles in your room every evening. Elevators are generally complained about in New York, but I can say that we never had to wait, they have enough and fast elevators.
